A comprehensive program designed to maximise the benefits of both calisthenics and swimming, with built-in variety to motivate you and develop your overall fitness!

THE SICILIAN PROGRAM

This is a functional fitness program. You will perform dynamic exercises that mimic and enhance natural body movements. Train and learn calisthenics on your own time. The program is only available on our online App.
