 What You Get

We deliver the following swimming lessons:

– One-off/introductory swimming session: understand your level, what to improve, what to adjust, and what to work on for better swimming in all four strokes.

– Overcoming fear 1:1 session: aimed at people who are terrified, afraid, who panic and needs more attention to overcome fear in the water. 

– 1:1 and 2:1 swimming sessions aimed at kids aged 4 to 10 years old. Customisable/tailor-made packages.

– Baby lessons 0-3 years old, accompanied by parent or adult in the water. Maximum group of 6 babies per lesson.

– Small group swimming sessions aimed at adult beginners that can float in deep water, that aren’t scared and want to improve their swimming technique.

– Triathlon swimming training aimed at athletes that want to improve their strokes and get ready for competition.

Trial swimming session

A single, one-off swimming session is for those who want to get an idea of their level,  understand what they need to improve and work on for better swimming technique. These sessions are 1:1 with a personal coach.

1:1 – 2:1 kids swimming sessions 

1:1 – 2:1 swimming sessions are for kids aged from 4 to 15 years old. We strongly recommend delivering swimming lessons to kids in 1:1 or 2:1 sessions with a teacher for faster progression and achievement.
