AQUA FITNESS CLASSES

Aqua Classes: We offer unique Aqua sessions which blend traditional fitness classes with the low-impact and wellness benefits of being in the water.
A holistic and fun exercise experience that leaves you feeling rejuvenated and stronger while being gentle on your joints!
ADULT & CHILD SWIMMING LESSONS

Swimming Lessons: We provide tailored and comprehensive programs for kids and adults of all levels.
From water acclimatisation and basic strokes to advanced techniques, we thoughtfully design our sessions so you can learn your way at your own pace.

Non-members will see full-price classes. Members, log in for exclusive membership prices.
All swimming lesson enrollees get a £12.99 TRIAL SESSION with membership. Subscribe here and email info@swimcore.co.uk to schedule.

IS THIS A GROUP CLASS?
While aqua aerobics thrive on the dynamic of group participation, where the more, the merrier, our swimming lessons are approached with a different perspective. We understand the value of personalized attention and effective learning, which is why our swimming lessons are thoughtfully organized into small groups that cater to individual interests and skill levels.
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
We are currently in the process of evaluating the feasibility of offering 45-minute aqua classes, 30-minute swimming lessons. This configuration aims to provide a comprehensive range of options to cater to your aquatic preferences. We appreciate your patience as we work towards finalizing these arrangements.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT ATTEND?
If you cannot attend one or more lessons, you should give notice at least 2-3 weeks before the day you cannot attend. Although we are a very flexible team, we want to guarantee the hours to our instructors, which will keep us working smoothly. Unless for medical or emergency reasons, we do not offer a catch-up session at this time and within the program’s time frame, in this case, a term.
WHAT DAY ARE THE SESSIONS RUNNING?
Every Friday, you can count on our sessions running smoothly. We’ve got the entire swimming pool reserved exclusively for us from 7:30 to 10:00 pm. Your consistent routine is our priority.

Hello everyone, my name is Theo. I started Swimcore in 2020.
Swimcore came from combining my two big passions: swimming and education. The only thing better than diving into a refreshing pool is seeing a nervous or frustrated swimmer beam with new confidence in the water.
Swimming is in my soul. Growing up on the sunny island of Sicily, I spent hours splashing in the sea and lifeguarding in the blistering sun at my local pool. There was no bus to the pool in my small town… as a kid, I would beg my mum to drive me down dusty roads to go there every weekend! I was addicted to the energising feeling of moving in the water, of being weightless and powerful at the same time.


Coaching is an art that has no borders.
Coaching at its core is about understanding people, emotions, and learning principles. We are the product of what we repeatedly do the most.
